Dental insurance

Please note that at the Dental Center Boulevard Galeries d’Anjou we offer free of charge the service by electronic transmission (internet) of your dental insurance formulas. In most cases, we have an immediate response of the amount that is awarded for your dental treatments. You only have to pay the deductible and your co-insurance (the percentage representing the portion that is not covered by your insurance).

Insurance forms that can not be sent over the internet are filled out free of charge and will be delivered by hand. It is your responsibility to forward the forms and pay the dentist’s fees. The treatment plan and the estimate for the various treatments are also completed free of charge and are added to the many services offered at the Dental Center Boulevard Galeries d’Anjou.

We want to remind you that insurance coverage varies depending on the agreement signed between the insurance company and your employer. It is illegal to overcharge your insurance or to claim the difference. It is therefore your responsibility to inform yourself about your coverage and the maximum amount allocated per year.
