The dental facets are thin films that are placed directly on the front of the teeth. They are made of ceramic or composite and are designed to improve the aesthetic appearance of your smile.

Facets are an excellent solution to correct several minor aesthetic defects such as:

A yellow or stained tooth;
Broken or worn tooth;
A tooth whose shape breaks the harmony of your smile;
Too much space between teeth (diastema).
POINTS TO CONSIDER
The color of the facet is chosen according to the color of the adjacent teeth. If you plan to whiten your teeth, talk to your dentist. Thus, it may be better to whiten your teeth first and then choose the right facet tint.

When placing a facet, remove about half a millimeter of enamel from the teeth. It is therefore irreversible treatment.
